0845 2863353 is on the phone to me every day. They are annoying and the calls are unwanted and they come at all times: morning afternoon and evening. Very often they ring at breakfast, mid-morning, lunchtime, teatime and dinner time. Co-incidence?

Called my business claiming to be a Google partner, spoke a load of rubbish about our website and then passed me on to someone else when I asked what exactly it was they were selling. Claimed not to be selling anything but was clearly a sales call. Very thick accents made them very hard to understand, hung up on them after I realised I wasn t going to get a straight answer.

These people seem to cold call. They are from SCOOT based in Middlesbrough. Amazing really as we are on the telephone preference service and don't take unsolicited calls.

Never answer, or call this number. I received a note through my post. that just seems off, saying;

This person has called me from this number from a dating website, think he is after money or is a scammer?

Stephen Hill said he was from the Metropolitan Police regarding crime prevention. Very rude individual.
