I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. They are an Indian call centre who use spoof caller ID numbers. Do not trust them! Block them with a call blocker (you may need to block VOIP calls)or answer the call something like this: "This is the FBI - we have you surrounded! Come out with your hands up! All units - GO! GO! GO!" That should make them hang up!

They called me stating that they had called me over a month ago and I asked for them to review in a months time about a mortgage review, and whether they could save me interest, they proceeded to ask me who my mortgage lender was, when I informed them that I do not give this info out to random callers and that I would not ask for a call back as I am more than capable of identifying whether a review is required on my mortgage, they hung up with no mention of a goodbye, I am on TPS registry so again they are
