SCAM received a call from this number this morning. It was a message claiming to be from "your bank", stating that there was a withdrawal of money from my account, asking me to call back to "confirm the transaction". It's another scam, just hang up. DO NOT CALL THEM.

We received a call from 0141 555 4854 with a recorded message telling us of unauthorised transactions on our card? One was £300 for Amazon and then £1, something (I lost the will at this time). I could press 1 to cancel or 2 to speak to the team. I have hung up ad blocked the number.but I know they can change the number to show anything they like. Why or why are the authorities not doing more to catch these scumbags.

I received a text from this number which is most likely phishing. The text was written in Swedish (I live in Sweden) and stated that I had an unpaid parking debt and provided a link - which I didn't follow. The link was "http://Inbq.link/ZYSDt8" I have no parking debts so can only presume that the link led to a site asking for my bank details.
Rang my mobile which was in other room so rang off before I could answer. I rarely get spam on it as very few people know the number. Wondering how these got hold of it.

Phoned back several times., but got no reply. However, it turned out that my family member had been taken to hospital. He was on an emergency system at his home as he lives alone. Comes up as suspected spam. Guy with an Indian accent said he was calling from a South African call centre on a Manchester landline! Claims he works for a company called UK Tariff that finds out if you're paying too much for your broadband or finds better deals. Thing is this so called company harasses with calls like 24/7 from different numbers most of the day. Hoping you're gullible enough to get to the part where you hand over your bank details. Best way is to report and block if it flags as spam.
