A couple of years ago I had all my windows replaced by Crystal windows, got several calls from them asking if I needed any further work doing on the house, I said no and please remove my number and stop calling me, i m still getting calls from them. don t give them your phone number I wish I hadn t.

Called calling marketing bs

Warranty/insurance scam. Problem is few of these scams get reported to the police so it’s rare that the criminals get nicked. This site probably gets more reports of scam calls and texts per hour than the police get in a month. Called pretending to be from HMRC and threatening arrest due to outstanding tax bill (which I don t have)

Caller advised that they were a current supplier which is not true, went to check and called back to state that they are a supplier and continuously asked for the correct name as their records were outdated. Persistent nuisance caller.

I need to know if these people are scammers I I answered the phone and the lady called and said that it is regarding an insurance taken out on a television Three years ago.

This number called me and when I picked he dropped. Am curious to know who this person is.

I answered a call from this number but utter silence. Tried phoning it back using 1471 and received a recorded message that the 'number had changed' to 070 4000 1234....

Has rung me around 10 times in the last day, a couple of times I have answered and I the caller has hung up. I thing they are so used to people not answering, they are shocked when someone answers and he just hung up.

An Irish accent called me on this number and when I asked what he wanted he hung up

Much like the other reviews, my 83 year old Grandmother was called and told the warranty on her boiler had run out and that they needed to take payment to renew it. No explanation of who they were etc. Reported it as fraud to her bank but also called to cancel policy and ask for full refund. Worried now that this may not be honoured after reading other posts. Awful, underhand, dishonest sales tactics. Bet they re laughing all the way to the bank.
