This number called me at 15.50 approx today 20/07/23...I allowed him to answer and he said he was from Vodafone about my account ..i do have a Vodafone account but I wouldn't let him speak .I just said no thankyou and turned him off ...I thought if it that important they can send me an email

SCAM Indian sounding call centre type call. He alleged to be from BT open reach and he claimed to be calling because they’d noticed a problem with our broadband! ???????????? Yeh, yeh, yeh!! I normally have to sit on hold for at least an hour to report any problem with my broadband I laughed and asked him if he wanted my bank details and he hung up! I’ve now blocked this number
Called to discuss an accident I had. Asked them for the details and they said they were calling to get the information from me to match their records and asked had I had an accident or not. Asked 5 times for them to confirm the details of the accident they had on file and they hung up.
