I had a phone call of This number on Monday and the lovely lady on the other end of the phone spoke with such great manners, she said I could possibly be entitled to a free pension review and went through the criteria with me to my delight I did, she explained that someone had to come to my house and show me the liscence and legitimate documents, the courier came and was lovely I have realised I was getting over charged and switched my pension provider to some thing a lot cheaper? Unwittingly he set up a d.debit which he cancelled the next day, with the bank, when he realised he already had cover. He rang Appliance Serve and told them too, he was asked to put it in writing which he did.
