They claim that I signed up last year with them to stop unwanted calls. I do not recognize the name. They have charged me £149.99 for the final year then free for life. Claim to have updated the service. Well-spoken, good English, no accent.

SCAM - I believe this to be a scam call as an automated message stated that I was in the wrong for tax evasion and that police were on the way to my home, even though everything of mine comes out via directly from my account and has done for years.

23 Nov 2021 - Silence at first, then a click and background call centre noise. An Asian person then said "Hello Maam, it's "Jacks from Carphone Warehouse. How are you today?" I checked I was still registered with TPS and I was, so the next time they phoned I informed them of this and told them not to phone me again. Its been almost four hours now without a phone call, so feeling hooeful!
