SCAM, recorded message stating it was from HMRC and that there were several illegal activities under my national number. In order to proceed , to press 1. DO NOT CONTINUE! HMRC sends a letter , not a recorded voice call.
These guys never stop calling you! They re trying to sell life insurance and they keep calling me although I said no a lot of times. Might as well block the number.

They ask for the person responsible for your Electricity and the government guidelines that come into place, I explained the person does not wish to speak to you. The lady got very abrupt saying "the person doesn t want to speak to me, that s alright, I shall contact your provider that you are not interested" I basically put the phone down.

Repeated calls from this number. I finally answered. They knew my name (first name) and claimed to be from a company I couldn't understand the name of despite repeated requests for them to repeat it. They said they were calling to review my life policies. On the basis my life policies are with a company whose name sounds nothing like what they said, I told them I have no policies with them. The caller paused, said thank you and hung up.

SCAM I had a phone call from 020 8298 3548 at 3:01pm this afternoon on Thursday 25th February 2021. Called about loft insulation. Said if was not a “selling” call it was a survey carried out to see if insulation was to standard. Then went on to say she Kew it was not to current standards but still denied it was a sales call. When I asked her to cut to the chase and not blindly following a script. She became abusive said I was a clever dick if I could see down the phone at what she was doing then she swore at me and hung up. Nice.
