SCAM. Supposedly from "Carnmoney warehouse" phonet barely can speak English, and when I asked a question he didn't even understand. When googled number, it appeared as "Radisons Dry Cleaning" , so clearly a scam, using fake phone numbers.

I asked who they represent and she said they work with a number of companies. I asked what her organisation was and she told me she'd get a manager to ring back in the next half hour. Pretends to be from BT. They already have some of your personal information to gain your confidence. They ask you to confirm a pass code that they send to your phone or email which gives them access to your BT account and more personal information. They then try to get you to log on to your computer etc.

I had a call from this number yesterday the caller said he was from British Gas to arrange a service I wasnt convinced that he was genuine and I asked him how I could be sure that he was from British Gas he immediately hung up Although this is a genuine BG number scammers can mimic numbers to make it look like the call is legitimate I will log into my British Gas account when I want to book my HomeCare service

Persistently calling the last couple of digits of the number change to like 5176 or 5274 or 5175 etc. They call at antisocial hours eg Sunday mornings etc. I suspect, although I never answer, that they’re some kind of debt collector for councils.
