I answered and there is a delay for 2 seconds before the automated message starts telling you to urgently press option 5 to claim your PPI. I hung up, there was no way I was pressing option 5 and probably getting charge ?1,000 a minute!!

SCAM!!!! Called me about my Virgin Media internet (I don't have Virgin Media BTW). She asked if she was talking to the account holder. Told her that for security purposes I wanted her to give me a small part of the name or address to make sure it wasn't a scam (which I already knew it was) And she hung up without even saying goodbye! Some scammers are just so damn rude these days! :-)

SIXT charged me 4 x ?40 for handling a parking notice. I called this number on their SIXT RENT in the APP shows as headset with call customer support against it. received call from man with indian accent, he said he is calling from national accident helpline - i told him to remove my details from his database and never call back again. if only that was true. i have also reported this on the national accident helpline website and apparently it isn t them so i don t know what else to do.
SCAM claiming to be from Carphone Warehouse but gave me different information about where they were calling from when I asked to repeat.
Scam, they pretend to be from Amazon and say they're confirming receipt of credit card payment for iphone. They then ask you to press 1 to speak to someone if you haven't made this payment. Just ignore the call, they're trying to get your card details so they can actually take money from you.
