SCAM Persistent automated calls claiming to be from 'your internet provider' (immediately an obvious scam as your own internet provider would identify themselves!) then threatens disconnection due to illegal activity on the account. Presume will then attempt to extort money, but don't listen to call beyond the first bit.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1604310xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with Finance Review Centre, loans, PPI, accident claims. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with the same or something new?

This is apparently a lottery syndicate. They wanted me to set up a direct debit of £39/month. It started from a "win a free iPhone, guaranteed". They asked for my contact details, and then it became apparent that my details would be given to lots of companies. Then 02036346988 called me. Update for my entry 19/04/17. Call from this number received after placing ad on Gumtree to sell a car. Caller spoke with South Asian accent, claiming to represent, MTA Solicitors regarding a Road Traffic Collision. I contacted MTA Solicitors directly. They do not make or condone cold calls whatsoever. Any cold call received where the caller purports to be from or acting on behalf of MTA Solicitors, should be treated as fraudulent.
