Didn't recognise the number so didn't answer. Rang back on works landline and received an automated message saying I had been contacted by a double glazing company, I think they were called "Crown?". Anyway blocked so hopefully will never hear from them again.

I got an automated call from this numer telling me I was accused of tax fraud and if I didn't press 1, a warrant would be issued and I would e arrested shortly. I think we can safely say this is a scam.

I answered, a young chap informed me his name was Jonathan and then the phone call was disconnected.
Woman called about me being in a road traffic accident. After telling her I've never been involved in a road traffic accident she apologised and said she'd take me off...
He offered to renew my van insurance, at a lower cost. My van insurance was not due for renewal yet he had a lot of details about me. However the van he had me as owning was from over 5 years ago, so I guess this is some old hacked database and then a scam to get your money. This guy said he was from vancompare who I have actually used before. Quite confusing but almost certainly a scam. The guy was South African

Probably a scam. Do not answer as they hang up when you answer. Possibly trying to get people to call them back.
