bloody scottish man just rang me at 10.30 at night while i was in bed. i have a il grandson so when phone woke me up i pannicked thinking he was ill. had this bloke ranting on at me about using his wifi, he was abusive and threatened to call police on me.

Reactive Media Marketing phoned to say that I was due a refund. You can tell it is a cold caller PPI scam the way they talk. My response was "Well if I am due a refund then pay it back using the Direct Debit that it was taken by".. that seamed to confuse him a bit but was back on script... These callers are a damned nuisance, now we leave our answerphone to filter all calls and this one never listens long enough to hear the end of our outgoing message. They are not the only ones who make unsolicited calls. Yes we are registered TPS and off the electoral roll.

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases accident claims). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 08437244xxx range... Did someone answer any number of this range?
