IT'S A SCAM!!!!!!!!!! THERE ARE LOADS OF THESE CALLS & FRONT DOOR CALLERS TOO. 1) NEVER CONDUCT ANY BUSINESS WITH UNINVITED OR UNKNOWN CALLERS ON YOUR DOORSTEP OR VIA YOUR PHONE OR INTERNET. 2) DON'T GIVE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION NOR CONFIRM ANYTHING THEY ASK YOU ABOUT AND NEVER EVER TELL YOUR BANK DETAILS. 3) NEVER EVER GIVE YOUR DATE OF BIRTH (and never use a true d.o.b. on social media websites - always use a false date of birth when signing up if pressed for your d.o.b. on those sites). 4) NE

SPAM. Claiming to be from Department of Health and Social Care UK. Has no details about person they are calling. Claim to be undertaking a survey but asking questions about private health insurance and how much I pay per month and who insurance is with. This is not a UK government department calling. Rings from different numbers all over the country - put through a router to make it appear as if they are from different cities. Could be dangerous for someone who believes this to be a genuine government call

Claimed to be from the "promotional department" of my network provider O2 and they can offer me a 40% discount on my bill. When I asked how much this would be, they said they do not have my contract in front of them and "that we work with all the major networks". I am neither with o2 or have a contract....SCAM Fraud

SCAM - "NC Power" claiming to be our provider (Gazprom) trying to confirm information as next month's billing will be wrong. Same woman called last month from a different number (029 218 2591) asking the exact same thing for the previous month's billing. Pointed out that I'd personally called Gazprom about something else (in the last two days!) and mentioned these calls and that our accounts are actually fine and she hung up?!

SCAM - Caller knew my name and claimed to be from housing association. Given that others have answered and left comments after being told it is a accident claim company, it is safe to assume this is a scam.
