Had a phone call from them and they seemed to know some of my personal details (well, as far as my phone number, name and 1st line of my address). I asked them who they were and got the response AAC and nothing more than that. The guy was very evasive and when I asked what the call was regarding was just told it was "sensitive information". I told him he had the wrong number and I hung up. I was involved in a car accident about a year ago so they may well have been ringing about that.

People did someone answer this number? I had few missed calls from this one, probably some call centre robocaller testing my number? I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. I was trying to dig some info on the internet, don't want to call them back until I know who might be calling but no luck. Some idea who is it?
Repeated calls from this number claiming to be representatives for collecting a debt, they ask for personal details, bank A/C number etc. They need bringing to book for the scams they are trying to operate.

Initially missed the first phone call so I called back. Some foreign guy answered and said he was from the HMRC and that I was due to pay £1260 from a previous tax audit.
