This is a spam call from people purporting to be from BT Openreach advising there is a problem with my broadband connection. This is the fourth call I've had in a fortnight, all from different numbers, all callers with strong Asian accent and totally unable to deviate from the script they have in front of them. As soon as I said I don't give my details over the phone and asked them to write to me they disconnected the call immediately!!! An obvious con. I called them back and they answered the phone as Red Star. I've blocked them.
