This company has called me between 2-3 times a day telling me I've applied for a loan. Each time I've assured them I haven't applied for s loan and ask to removed off marketing, and each time they hang up when I asked to be removed and continue to call me each day. Does anybody know what offence is being committed here and how I could begin prosecution? As I don't believe it's a breach of data protection

Have been constantly harassed by this number over the last few weeks, I used to be a Sky customer until asking for a homemove which THEY were unable to complete but I was stilled charged for, I am now in the process of putting in a complaint to Ofcom with regard to this and the debt collectors they employed and intend to follow this up with a small claims court action to recover fee s I should not have been charged.

This number has called frequently - apparently from British Gas but calls seem to come from an Indian call centre. Never leave a message and calls are a nuisance.

Called both my landline and my mobile on a Sunday evening. Clearly a Birmingham number. I know the university does fundraising drives amongst alumni but these calls stress not just a nuisance but very intrusive. I understand the Uni says it wants to improve the lot of students but given the vast fees students have to pay that really do not equate to what they are provided with, I think it's a joke, not to say insulting, chasing alumni for money in this devious manner. I got a 'eBay' code (allegedly) from this number. To those people who are saying this number is genuine, what made them go on to this website? If I get a genuine text, I don't then search that number on the internet and then make a comment on a site that deals with dodgy phone numbers. There are many such comments, which is even more suspicious!
