Calls claiming to be Virgin Media and there is a problem with my internet. Definitely not the case. The number they're calling me on is a company number and not linked to any internet account.

They are based on wharf industrial estate in bury, Manchester and Blackburn. The staff who call have no idea, nor choice of who they ring as the system selects a number at random from their data, and only when the line opens do they see your name and address etc. They are legitimate in terms of what they are offering (a free hearing frequency test at your local football club/hotel) however, if you will receive any money should a claim be successful is questionable. SCAM / SPAM Harri called and said I could be mortgage free and asked a lot of questions to which I replied with “ah ha”. Then I asked her for a company address, her supervisor name, when I could meet face to face, etc, etc. After me calling her back 5 times, the phone number was disconnected, I will try again later! :D I really hope she can answer all my questions, before I hand over my personal details!
