Gumtree scam. They communicate via a Whatsapp account called "TOY" with a sunset profile picture. They'll pretend to want to buy something from you (even asking detailed questions). My wife went through this and they are evil. they clearly have some access to HMRC they threaten you with jail and then ring off and ring back as a Police Man saying they are sending a van round to your house. they claim to know where you live by geolocating you report to Action Fraud - its your duty.
