I had two calls from this number but have no idea of the caller

This is the local council office primarily in response to an issue that you would have raised.

Called re pension refund of £1000 if aged under 60. Press 5 to obtain details. Get asked to agree to a "consultant" calling back. I asked if this was a sales call and was advised not. I started to say that the last time this happened it was a sales call and they hung up!

As with everybody else, it came up as Redditch, when I said Hello the call ended, sick to death of all these phone calls, what is their point?

These people will not take no for an answer. Re. my last post 4 days ago they still insisted on ringing again and were told in no certain terms to stop ringing last time and yet...

keeps calling. but never say what for. smells like ill thought out scam.

Barclays calling me post successful packaged bank account claim to check if I wanted to keep the package or not. Did not call the number back, instead called Barclays on a website published number to verify it before opening up any discussion, Never give out details to people on incoming calls from numbers you simply don t know are 100% genuine.

My account is in collections, so .. guess what, they called because i missed my payment. I bet 99% of the people whining on this forum are guilty of bouncing their payments lol.

I also found this man to be very obnoxious and forceful on the phone. I advise anyone that speaks to him to hang up. He needs more training and should get another life rather than bullying people down the phone. He was rude and forcing me to buy something off him. Be careful of this man
