Received automated call on 11 Nov 2016 at 8:59. Female voice with Indian accent said "I am ... calling from BT and it is about your broadband line". I said I knew she was not from BT and she hung up. This scam has been going on for several days. It appears to be a spoof number, you cannot call back.

SCAM! Man with strong Indian accent claimed to be from Talktalk. Tried to get remote access to my computer to fix a fault .

I receive calls from this number on my mobile, home phone and work phone, they purport to be from Lloyds Bank, they ask for your date of birth and postcode, I ask them who they are, and what it is about, they say it is a personnel banking matter, I ask them to tell me more in general terms, they tell me to contact my bank, i tell them I have, I then ask them to stop calling me and remove me from their data base and to write instead . Best cold call ever. I answered, I was asked for by name and I asked who was calling. The fella said AMS Legal so I said I m not interested and put the phone down. They called back straight away and straight off the same person said what are you not insterested in? - I laughed and said are you for real to which he replied yes, very much and you ll never know about the opportunity that you ve just missed out on and hung up.
