I called NatWest on their official telephone banking number who confirmed that this is an automated fraud prevention text alert. It was used to verify a suspicious transaction on my account with a simple Yes or No reply to the text. They state they will never ask for personal details on a text. Genuine number.
A mouthy Asian lady would not take yes for an answer and became increasingly agitated. I hung up as she was only on transmit.

Then they transfer money to another bitcoin account that they say is yours and actually has nothing to do with you.
