an Asian man called me today earlier on this phone number offering me a loan for my tuition fees as i am paying my own fees. he called himself David if i remember right. He told me as hes offering an unsecured loan from SkyQuid all i have to do is to pay £100 to an account as a deposit and he will straight away transfer the amount. I established that the caller was a fraud and called them out at which point they stopped being polite and friendly and began to taunt and be abusive. Received call from busy overseas call centre claiming to be BT. When I pointed out that yesterdays call was reported as a fraud to the police she hung up. Yesterdays call exactly same script but from 01724956685 they are hacking into or falsely generating a UK number. It is the role of BT to put a stop to this nonsense?
