Called twice within five minutes, left it to go to answer phone, message left said I wasn’t charged for this call

PPI claims company. Asked for me by name, and said that they understood that I was recently rejected a claim. I corrected them saying I made my claims already and nothing was refused, your "facts" are wrong! Caller was like "oh, er...ok, then we ll take you off our system..." to which I interrupted "that will be advisable, as my number is TPS registered and this number will be reported if you call again!" Called our house phone asking to speak to a Mr ****, my partner answered and said sorry no one lives here with that name, they got really angry with him and hung up. Have had a number of calls previously but when answered there is no one there, just lots of background noise. Do not trust this number.

BAD COMPANY WITH RUDE STAFF!!! Had someone called Don call me about my existing life policy I do not have one!!! Apparently I would be transferred over to a qualified adviser only to find out I was not speaking to a qualified adviser and would later be passed over again just so this so called adviser would check I was happy. The idiot could not pronounce half the medical conditions. No help or advice given and not one person could answer any of my questions. WASTE OF TIME!!!

They call several times a day but there is never anyone actually there!
