This company uses various combinations of telephone number. I just let the answer phone kick in. If I recognise the voice I then answer, can have 6 -10 of this type of call a day. I do 1471 and keep a note of all the numbers and then check them out on Google.
They are ringing me several times a day going from the normal number above to +44 in front of it defo don t answer I wouldn t trust it I ve now blocked this number from ringing me.

Just rings up several times in the day, hangs up after a few rings and before answerphone comes in to take the call. Have blocked three different numbers who ever they are. have shortened rings for answerphone to come in early

Let them ramble on for a bit; apparently I could be owed thousands in PPI claims, which they would chase for me for only 30% of it. For reassurance they gave me a different callback number to the one that had rung on my mobile, then asked if I would speak to my bank and request PPI information on their behalf while they kept me on hold. SCAM!!Got an email under the pretence that it was my boss! It then asked me to go out and buy 10 copies of £100 gift cards (£1000 total) as presents for the staff. When I asked about payment he proceeded to ask me to pay for it out of my own cash and I would be reimbursed. I told him I didn’t have that kind of money lying about and he told me to just get what I could. He was also VERY insistent on this being a secret surprise. Thank god I realised this was a scam but I worry about others falling for this

SCAM Fraud BEWARE ! This number has only recently appeared on this site (August 2023) from other people checking. Caller says you've suspicious transactions on your card, knows your name and last four digits of the card. Asks you to check the balance, in my case without any security questions. Hung up on me and didn't call me back when I told him I keep very little in the account, whilst I was silently checking the account in the background. Steve is correct, it is Bauer Media. If you ve entered your number online somewhere for a free magazine (I d asked for Marie Claire / Instyle) then they re calling for your address. Theyll also offer you 3 issues for £1.00. Spoke to a lovely lady and she asked if I wanted future calls for offers and so I said no. It s all legit. However, they need to work on their employees... I had another call minutes later from a guy there who was on the phone to someone else!!

I was called this week by an intrusive salesperson who asked me if I went for walks. I told her I didn t think this was any of her business, and rang off. She immediately rang back and told me This was not the way to do things . Harassment. We got the number from her and rang off. When I want a service, I ll do the callng!
The line is noisey. When called back it is always engaged. It certainly does not appear to be a routine phone number!
SCAM Automated call stating "my" NI had been flagged. Ended the call before it finished, couldn't be bothered to hear the rest. Just flag the number up and block.

This number has called me twice this afternoon, it was a missed call as they called me whilst I was at work. They didn’t leave me any voicemail message so I’m just assuming it was some kind of sales call, which I wouldn’t have answered anyway. I’ve looked it up and the number is from the centre of London. I’ve absolutely no idea who it’s from, but as there’s no message it can’t be important.
