This number belongs to the debt company transcom. Ive got a SMS which tells me that i owe money to a company ive never heard of. Beware!

I was interrupted by the same people calling again with their recorded message, telling me someone was waiting to speak to me. They can carry on waiting. After identifying this as another nuisance call - the second today - I hung up.

Had umpteenth call as usual just as we sit down to dinner and as we are ex directory get fed irritated by this intrusion into our privacy Do these people think that anyone would be prepared to deal with them? Decided not to answer the call when call displayed but it is still a bloody INCONVENIENCE

Telemarketing for "special offer" garbage for company employees or whatever is was that the lady on the phone was trying to get across at 200mph !! Spoke so fast, missed the company name, sounded like "star .." something ..

Call Guardian blocked this caller. I returned the call on my mobile which was answered by "Calls UK" "customer services" (on a mobile number?!). Apparently we have a "policy" re: nuisance calls and we will be contacted again. I said we don t wish to be contacted again and, in fact, our "policy" is rubbish. She then hung up on me. Obviously a scam = blocked.

Repeated missed calls with 1-2 second silent/static answering machine message. I am a Wesleyan customer AND my car insurance is due for renewal soon so I assume it is them electronically dialling me? Never any chance to answer and of course you can t tell who an answering machine message is from until you listen to it, so just an enormous waste of my time.

Received call on poor quality line from a company that sounded like "Forward Life" - despite number being registered with the TPS.

Quickly say Biwater but push Business Stream. Want to apply discounts. Go ahead why do you need to call? Who refuses discounts? Looked up Biwater website as I have worked for Water Projects and knew the name to confirm my thoughts. Personally wouldn t trust them. Our business water provider already give discounts. We did our homework!

Scammers looking for washing machine insurance renewal premium - bunch of witless thieves - didn t seem to like the fact I called them silly c*nts.

Woman phoned asking if I was Miss (my girlfriend s name) I m not the butchest of guys but I don t sound like a woman.... Very heavily accented Indian accent, also appalling sound quality with lots of noise in the background. When I asked who it was from, she mumbled something about PPI at which point I put the phone down.

Someone called asking for me, saying they re calling from Transcom about "an account". Asked me for my address, which they said was wrong, and kept asking for my previous addresses, saying it will be a previous address and can I confirm my previous addresses. Declined to give them anything further - asked them what it was about, they declined to say anything except "an account" and asked for my username. No idea what he was on about and asked him what username - started getting snotty saying I should

Rings on an almost daily basis asking for my wife. If she is not available then they wish to speak to me. A long rambling questionnaire on totally unrelated issues. When I challenged them I was haranged with "What s your problem?" A very unpleasant experience
