I have received several calls to my mobile from this number recently. If I don t answer the phone, they don t leave a message and when I do answer it the caller appears to hang up. I am wandering if it is SPAM or a wrong number (but surely if the latter they would have left a message for someone else or spoken to me and discovered the error). I ve noticed several Manchester numbers being associated with unwanted calls to EE customers and wonder if this number is also being used by the same people/company.

SCAM claimed to be calling about insulation I'd had installed (not the case), when I asked for whom he was calling he changed his name from Alex to Sam, and when I asked again to whom he'd like to speak, he hung up on me.

"Brian" called from this number. He called me last week from a different mobile (which I blocked) introducing himself as "Barry". Just told me that they were calling from HMRC and a fraud had been registered under my name and to press 1. I did not do so and when I try to call back it will not connect. I suspect a scam.
