Just been called by someone claiming PPI. Before he started I said Please remove me from your list and hung up. They rang again. I didn t answer. It was a Northumbria Water call alert about a leak in the area. A visit to the website confirmed that there was a local problem. (Why can't these companies publish the numbers they use to make calls?)

Thanks for all previous comments.I would never answer unkwown calls anyway. It is about time something gets done about this. why can t there be a punishment for this type of nuisance.
