This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Call from the number, when answered lots of background chat, then cut off. Rang back, call eventually answered after much annoying music, could hear Cindy in the background obviously on a call to another victim, who I guess told her where to go, as she then said F*&# you as well . Then the line was cut off
