SCAM !! Pretended they were from my mothers bank after sending her a text pretending it was from her daughter who needed money. Scammed her out of £2800. Voice on phone was English. Reported to Barclays fraud. Phone calls from this number were persistent insisting money hadn’t gone through and no doubt trying to extort more money.

this number asked if I wanted cheaper phone contract and then asked for all my personal details. I aske them to email me the detail of there offer. they took my email address and never sent anything.... MOST PROBABLY A SCAM !! SCAM

SCAM - A lady spoke on the phone telling me they were handling the some kind of power checks after the recent gas and electric crisis. She started on some kind of lengthy spiel about the crisis and how they could help us determine our usage and ho to save us money. When I stopped her and asked her which company she was from she hung-up immediately.

Call center SPAM Said his name was Alex, however he had a very strong Indian accent. He said that he was phoning from British Gas!? It was about boiler cover, house hold cover for both gas and electric. Asked a couple of questions. He said that he was calling from London, when I asked him what the weather was like in India, and it would be set up today! Amazon Scam - apparently a £793 suspicious transaction had gone through and I needed to press "1" to talk to somebody...........I don't think so -do you?!!!!! :)

SCAM Only one person calls me on my landlinge and that's my brother but somehow it seems to have been circulated to scammers and/or on the dark web. This number called on my landline (getting lots from lots of false numbers for months now) and it was a silent call. I called it from my mobile (number withheld) and it wasn't a recognised number. Has to be dangerous!

Called, rang off after some muffled sounds in the background. I dialled right back, and the number is NOT RECOGNISED, this is a spoof number and therefore spam or dangerous.

SCAM pretending to be First Direct Fraud department, which it’s not. As soon as I said I would call FD back myself they hung up very fast. The number is similar to the First Direct number but is NOT legitimate. Do not give any details of any kind to them.

Phoned twice because my computer had been "hacked". I told the woman that I didn't want to speak to her and put the phone down. She then rang back and told me rudely to listen to what she had to say. Once again I hung up.
