Automated call as soon as we answered the call was disconnencted. Apparrently a large number of such calls originate from this number. Why? It can only be bad news.

Text received from this number advising that I had had a missed delivery from Royal Mail. The website to click for re-delivery was incorrect to the one used by Royal mail and had RoyalMail.Re-delivery.com and not Royalmail.re-schedule.com. Tried ringing it and it stated it was a Giff Gaff mobile, however, 07510 numbers belong to O2.
Male non english accent called my landline from 07342065763 17 Jan 2023. Stated he was from Amazon security and that he had emailed me as someone had ordered a £600 phone on my account. I asked whose name was on the account as he said it was my name. I asked again whose name and he said D Maddison. When I say they don't live here he hung up. Obviously has some old phone records.

Caller claimed to be from Amazon regarding a subscription charge for their Prime service valued at £199. Then asked me to press 1 if I needed to speak with an service colleague. I didn’t respond and have blocked the number.

A fraudster by the name of Tomas Lang is using this phone number using recovery room fraud tactics. The victim he contacted and trying to obtain money from was a victim of a fraud losing a significant amount of money.

SPAM this and 11 other land line numbers from this area have called my mobile over the last 2 months. Many have called multiple times, I've lost count. Fed up with them. Previous callers have been from so called Double glazing, green energy and investment companies. The last few were from FX MORGAN CAPITAL who also call from a plethora of mobile numbers- too many to list. The FCA and my bank, after an investigation with fraud squad, have said its a scam company. POSSIBLE SCAM A female caller "Jess" said she was from Solar Energy Advice Ltd , offering reduced cost equipment in return for using it in a promotion. I asked if she had heard of the TPS, and her silence indicated she had not. I told her that unsolicited calls to a TPS registered number, without checking the TPS list, could mean a £5000 fine for her company. Then I hung up. A Google search for the company name shows NO company with that name appears to exist in the UK.

Claimed to be from Virgin, calling about internet. Got increasingly frustrated with me when I said I didn’t recognise the number and would call Virgin myself. Didn’t believe the guy with Indian accent and I hung up when he wouldn’t go away. Scary as it sounded like a big call centre in the background and it would be easy to get sucked in.
