Initially missed the first phone call so I called back. Some foreign guy answered and said he was from the HMRC and that I was due to pay £1260 from a previous tax audit. I told him that I don't believe him. He then said that if I don't believe him then "someone" would come to my door and take me into custody, LOL. from 7am up to 12.10pm I have 4 calls from people trying to scam me! telling me they are from talk talk and I have a problem with my router. I am not even with Talk Talk! I tried to call this number back but it just makes a one pitch/dead tone!

Had a phone call from them and they seemed to know some of my personal details (well, as far as my phone number, name and 1st line of my address). I asked them who they were and got the response AAC and nothing more than that. The guy was very evasive and when I asked what the call was regarding was just told it was "sensitive information". I told him he had the wrong number and I hung up. I was involved in a car accident about a year ago so they may well have been ringing about that.
