Was relatively pushy about doing me the favour of switching my energy company and "putting money in my pocket", pretty much had to just hang up on her as she wouldn t take no for an answer. Then rang EE but they apparently can't give me a refund, but they at least have stopped more from coming through.. rang the number and they apparently have referred me to another team to get a refund but i dont believe it...
