I missed a call on my mobile from this number..I recalled from my landline (my number is withheld)and got an auto response saying I was called today by Digital Saving Shop and to press 2 if I don t want a call back..which I did..I added it to my blocked list on my mobile.. Guy named "Adrian" texted me about an Job Ad, he send me that number, told me to call from Home Landline. Using my mobile, it charged me £2 straight away. This is a SCAM so please watch out and ignore the number
The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Obviously you were the ones they were looking for for them to steal your hard earned money from. This phone number has been an issue with my house phone. This number has appeared on my VM bill for the moths of Oct, Nov,Dec,Jan ,Feb and March before I realised I had not made the call. It appears every 12 hours as a call that lasts less than 1 minute and each call is charged at 39 pence . Does not sound a lot until you add it up over the period of time which then accounts for over £60.00.
