This number called me to remind me of an upcoming appointment at birmingham women s hospital and to confirm I would still be attending. It is an automated service and when I called back I was informed of who called me and told not to worry as it s a courtesy call and not an emergency. A trustworthy number

i have has several calls a day in the last couple of weeks from this "company" asking for someone ive never heard of,my landline is ex directory,when told this they say its the number they have been given for contact by this person,ive told them they are wrong,go check the address they have for this person,then check the electoral role for who lives at my address,,they replied with"we have no address for the client as it was done online,,what utter rubbish,ive had enough and im losing patience

I just received a call off this number I am on a pre payment deal of just over £60 a fortnight, payment was due today and I always pay online.... I don t answer any of these numbers as I recognise the code but these people keep ringing me on my work number and I work for a bank! Not sure where they get their data from but doubt it s legit and they certainly haven t done their research first!

As above, offered a free alarm with a home visit on the same day. When I said I didn't want a home visit, they hung up abruptly.
