But thinking about it, she also mentioned a high number of calls in the area, how this miraculous device would filter all calls from here to India - even badmouthing BT and the call centres they use 01273041661

I missed this call but when checking the area code I found it to be from the Orkney Islands. I was not expecting a call from there and looking into it further it could be an accident claims company.
Offered me a loan, told me to pay a month up front, then told me they wanted more money. Told me if I didn’t pay it I would lose my first paid instalment, and they would take £250 out of my account without my permission, as they had my bank details.

Called pretending to be from BT broadband about an awful virus on my computer about to bring the whole BT network to a grinding halt. Wanted me to give him remote access to computer and hub. BT don t want to know, only thing to do really is to block the number to save any kids or elderly relatives being duped.
