Received a call from this number. When I answered it it was a recoded message saying that it was from HMRC and that i had been reported for Fraud and press one on the keypad otherwise police will arrest me. At this point i concluded the call as a scam or potential Fraud call.

i had to tell the man on the other end that i have reported the number and that its been traced to them and the police were on their way. the i heard him swearing using the F word, then hang up.i laughed.
They keep phoning me and when I answer I get a loud beep before the calls cuts out.

This number called me three times on 3/2/2016 in the space of half an hour and again today (4/2/2016). I have a watch that notifies me of any calls coming through and the number which is annoying, especially when I cannot access my phone at work. SCAM This number phoned me yesterday, 15th December 2020 at 4.25 pm. Recorded voice saying there is suspicious activity hacking into your Internet and to press 1 to speak to our executive to have it fixed or it will be disconnected at 6pm. Needless to say this is definitely a scam and hoax as everything is completely ok. If this had been an elderly person getting a call like this they would be so worried and would press 1 and pay money. THIS IS DEFINITELY A SCAM AND YOU SHOULD HANG UP AND BLOCK THE NUMBER!!
