Automated answer informed me that my national insurance and bank accounts had been suspended. A crime number had been issued and court proceedings instigated. They are working with or on behalf of O2. They are trying to get people who have just applied for a pay and go sim to upgrade to a contract sim. It s a bloody pain in the backside the amount of times they call.
