Called regarding my life insurance on behalf of Begal street - on about a review and saving me money, loads of rubbish !!
Some sort of call centre. Don't know what for, all I know is when voicemail kicked in some woman was talking to colleagues in a language that sounded Chinese
keeps calling and hanging up loads of times what the hell
Several calls which if answered ring off a r/b states mailboxes are full and no account handlers available to respond meaning call cannot be actioned after which call disconnects.

PPI call. I played along and trolled them for a good 10 minutes until she rage-quit :oD
Scammy soensos. Called twice in a row. 1st time told me it was HMRC and I owed tax, Totalling 1235.00 Told me I needed to set up payment via Google play. It disconnected, and approx 20 min later called back. This time, told me its life insurance, updating my claim and offering me a payout, by paying a fee. Okay. Sure.
Threaten them with the following.. "You are duly informed that any further calls made to my number by your company will be charged at £1000 per call"...it s your RIGHT to use T&C s too you know... and you can make them too...my son got around 6k...lol good luck!!

I returned the call and it was for the British Heart Foundation regarding collection of furniture that I was asking them to collect (March 2023)
SPAM 02087413273 rang had some out of date personal details wanted to ask questions when I asked what was the benefit to me to answer questions. She said I could save money. Then proceeded to ask if I was a house owner or rented when I asked how would it save me money by answering her questions she hung up.

A foreign gentleman called from this number 01223 691019, claiming to be from Virgin Media. He wanted access to my modem via my smartphone or computer to make updates. When I said that I had neither he started to get a little agitated. Also kept hinting towards a bad phone connection. This was a call to my landline. I don't know if this is a scam or not, but is very likely as Virgin probably wouldn't access your home internet via a 3rd party mobile phone company.
