Severn Trent automated call. Called four times. Didn't leave a message, but when I answered an automated voice asked me to press 1 on my phone. I did not do this. I only found out that it was Seven Trent via Twitter. They then told me (four days later) that there had been a temporary drop in water pressure. Why didn't they simply leave a message?
Recieved a call on my mobile saying this was O2, during the call now gave me a lnumber of my personal details. Also sent a text with a numerical code during the conversation which came up in the O2 column of messages. He discussed a new deal which all sounded very plausible (and something he could set up today). They phoned me at 7.00am - it woke me up. The only person who calls me on my home phone is my brother, and at that time in the morning I thought he may be in trouble (ie fallen, ill ). I raced down stairs - half awake - and could of had an accident myself. I don't know what they wanted because as soon as I realised it was a nuisance call I just gave a full abusive response.
Didn t properly catch their name - something like "Isle of Savings". Hung up and rang their number back to get a voicemail that says it s nothing to worry about but if you d like them to remove your number then "press 1" - which cuts you off!
