Received a call from 07520648939, claimed to be from a finance/stock market company- very strong foreign accent. Asked for email address as I didn't have the time to speak, told them to send me an email as they seemed to have my info, but he could only confirm my name, so I hung up. I lady called me saying she had frozen a transaction from going to a offshore account in China. The currency was bitcoin. This was odd as these transactions go to a bit coin wallet then to a debit card that is registered on your account. She did no DPA to verify that I was the account holder. Then she wanted me to download a app I refused so she asked if I have a pc or laptop. I said pc she wanted to screen share. I would do no such things I told her then hug up.

Automated Scam. Tries to kid you they are some sort of fraud squad, that amounts are being taken out of your accounts and want you to assist them in the matter. Imbeciles but potentially dangerous imbeciles.

Well, they phoned earlier and a recorded message informed me, that it was my banks security department, which it obviously wasn't, the number trace showed a call the Russian Federation, RED FLAG. She said, Somebody has accesed your account and made a £600 purchase fron Amazon and a £2,000 transfer to an international account, RED FLAG I politely told her to stop trying t scam people and she immediately hang up, basically, our phone providers should block these calls, as we are paying to receive them!

I made three calls to Damart sort out an order made through their website Only when I got my phone bill did I discover I had been charged over 25 for the calls to customer service This is totally unacceptable

Called claiming to be from a utility company. They were very pushy and wouldn't listen when they were told they had the wrong person. I asked them to remove mu details from their system but they continue to call at least 8 times a day. I have blocked the number but then it goes straight to my answerphone and all I get silent messages with the sound of people laughing in the background.
