Scam this is a catfish pretending to be an Italian guy called Philip. He might be someone else by the time you see this but it's definitely not who they're pretending to be.
SCAM / SPAM They pretend to be HMRC, they arn't, they are american scammers. They say they are in London, England, schoolboy error, why say England. They also answer immediately, when was the last time HMRC answer a call immediately !!

Stay away from these scumbags i worked there at one time, got sacked for having a few days of because my grandma passed away. Possible SCAM / SPAM - this man called saying he was the allocated shopper for my sister and that he had a box of 32 items for her. Accent difficult to understand. My sister already has someone allocated to do her shopping so checked with the council who have no record of him. It may be genuine but people need to take care.

Impressive customer service I had problems with a meter that was not working which meant I had no electricity for workmen who were meant to be working on the site. Pete, the manager, worked tirelessly to fix the problem. He called me when he said he would on more than one occasion and went way beyond the call of duty.
