Some clown demanding to speak to an IT manager. Gave the name of someone who doesn't even work here ! Turned out he couldn't even phone the correct company. As if any sensible organization would pick up the phone to complete strangers enquiring about their IT systems ! Almost certainly some kind of scam. Number blocked.

Received a phone call from this number this morning at 10.39am. When I lifted the receiver there was some garbled noise then a single tone and the number rang off. Hard to say whether or not this is a 'dangerous' number but need to be careful. Not good when no-one speaks.

How this has been given a safe rating is beyond me!! Claim they are from O2 and send a code and then ask for it. They will then proceed to send you a phone by mistake and ring you back in a panic and say they sent it to you by mistake and can you send it back to them. Just hang up!!

Automated call, has rung me 3 times (05/05). I rung back and it and nothing. Has now rung me twice this morning 09/05, I managed to pick up the phone, heard a very loud call centre in the background, and whoever called me hung up after a couple of seconds. Number is now blocked.

Asked for me by my first name, (the cheek of it). Then claimed to be from social housing repair, as we all know there is no such company (a legit one anyway). Furthermore, I know that my landlord do not deal with anyone that would just cold call tenants, especially one that uses an asian call center. I have been called several times yesterday back to back from firstly a London number twice, then twice from private number and this one today. They all start by saying am I ****** when I ask who they are they mumble something then ask me if I own or rent my property. The person who called today was female and I could actually understand what she said, except for the initial mumble. The first two London calls where listed as suspected spam, however, some of calls in this category have been bona fide.
Strongly suspected scam call from "bank" which was unnamed saying unauthorised transactions had been taken against my card.
