Silent Number. I called back only after checking the number's history on whocalledmeuk. No connection, silent line. I have added this to my Spam list. Probably just one of the "your BT Business landline is going to the cloud" pitches.

SCAM computer update failed computer is now at risk! Think not.
Answered the phone and got a recorded message (male, English voice) "our records indicate that you were injured in an accident within the last three years, press 5 to speak to an operator". I pressed 5 and initially heard an office environment then was cut off. On ringing back, I heard the ringing tone but it almost instantly changed to an engaged tone. Don t know who this company is, but they need stopping.

Calls to our (call screened, not on BT) number from 0800 044 5265. No message left, multiple attempts on multiple days. Calling that 0800 number says they are Stellar a partner of BT, and to call BT on 0800 028 2272. Don t bother if you aren t on BT. They ll tell you "you aren t on BT, we have no record of you!". Useless. A websearch for Stellar suggests 01294 225300. Calling that number: 1) they confirm the 0800 044 5265 caller ID is them calling on behalf of BT. 2) They ll remove our number from
