I corrected them saying I made my claims already and nothing was refused, your "facts" are wrong! I was invited to press keypad no 2 and speak to a technician. I hung up. This is the 3rd call I have received like this. The first call identified itself a BT but the last one gave a woman's name. My provider is virgin.
