Indian Call Centre rings and says FROM windows Microsoft. Saying your computer has a virus and wanting you to give control of your PC to them. Double bad they want money delete the virus as well to download viruses to your pc.

Called my elderly parents yesterday evening (6.6.18). Thankfully when my mum heard automated voice she hung up. I have added 01142967899 to BT call blocking.

Recorded message claiming to be from the National Crime Agency telling of a suspended NI Number.

Called me at 22:23 on a Thursday. When I picked up they hanged out. Weird.

Much like the other reviews, my 83 year old Grandmother was called and told the warranty on her boiler had run out and that they needed to take payment to renew it. No explanation of who they were etc. Reported it as fraud to her bank but also called to cancel policy and ask for full refund. Worried now that this may not be honoured after reading other posts. Awful, underhand, dishonest sales tactics. Bet they re laughing all the way to the bank.

Text out of blue to say congrats Andrew you won our lottery prize!! I never entered any lottery and names not Andrew. Now called mobile everyday for a week and left voicemail now blocked. They call my work mobile!!!!!!
