As with other review, cold caller knew my name & kept referring to "second income".
Called by this number on 5th may. I`m told my someone has tried to take two payments totaling thousands from my account. The man did`nt mention my name but said he`d transfere me to another department. If the transaction was wrong. He also did`d mention what card or bank was being threatened. Since I rarely have more than £50 in the bank , Itake it as a case of rotten cheese.

I've just had a call from this number and it is a genuine number from Nationwide building society, They were calling to update me on a problem I had reported.

I haven’t answered this call yet as I tend to not answer calls where I don’t recognise the number - I figure if it’s important they’ll leave a voicemail. potential scam, when showed intrest on a gumtree ad, insisted on messaging via whatsapp. felt dodgy as they seemed more interested in meeting than the bedframe.

The caller said that they were from the National Grid and needed to change my meter. Apparently it is malfunctioning. This is a prelude to trying to get my bank details I thin; I didn't hold on for long enough to find out.
