Unexpected inbound call at 1724 hours on 27 Jan 2023. I diverted the caller to my phone's screening assistant but the caller hung up after 3 seconds.
Had a call from 01535272203 today and it was a standard scam about Amazon Prime thanking me for renewing (I don't have Prime). Looked up the number and it seems to be The George in Bradford's telephone number. I rang hiding my number and no reply. I have blocked it

Sales call the second I have had in 2 days despite being registered onTPS. Said they were in my postcode area and that I was on a list for having out of date loft insulation and wanted to send a man into my loft! Rang off when I said that was inconvenient. Polite but persistent.

Phone No. 01329239173 phoned today and claimed to be my bank security, without stating who I bank with, they said that I'd authorised Payments of £300 to Amazon and £1200 from a site I don't normally use. This was obviously a scam to get my Bank Details, I've checked with my bank and no such payments have been authorised, ,thank god. This comes after I've been hit on one of my cards for a payment I hadn't authorised with Fancy2go.com, another con artist.

SCAM: A man claiming to from Medical Alert company, offering to sell me a personal alert alarm. A neighbour received the same call, and was taken in, passed on to another person and gave bank card numbers (He has now alerted his bank). This was a scammer who pretended to be from BT talking about illegal access to your broadband.!! That's rich!! Hacked my bank account and Amazon a/c. It took ages-up to 5 days to clear this mess up and it leaves a sour taste in your mouth. If someone had asked me last night if the death penalty was appropriate for scammers, I would have agreed.
