I have been receiving two or three voice messages every day for the last three weeks it asks me to record a personal message for voice mail. if I let the message continue it runs through several options asking me to press a number, if I don't press any there is no delete message button it just keeps repeating over again. I cannot delete the message. I have blocked the caller to no effect, the messages still come through'. This is obviously a scam of some sort.

These people want you to think they are from Visa and say that a large amount of money has been removed from your bank account (they don’t mention either your name or the name of your bank or any bank) unless you contact them immediately. It is a recorded message but it is a scam. And they are persistent. This is the third day in a row around about the same time each morning. It is clumsy but people may be taken in.

AO aggressive aftersales, using a no-doubt masked number. Female caller asked me to confirm my personal details - I refused given they had called me! It was framed to confirm my order, but was essentially a very sharp practice way to try and sell insurance. I asked if there was an issue with my order - she said 'no' very unconvincingly. Received a text msg today from 80870 asking what do I think about my recent experience of their Outpatients Department service at my Hospital, which I won't mention. Well, as I am visiting my Hospital for treatment at the moment and from what I read from other reviewers here, it does seem to be genuine and Free. But if it is, why on earth are they using a premium number? It puts lot of peaople off! Therefore, for that reason I did not reply to it, hence a Neutral Review.
