This number would appear to be à Plymouth number. However it is a recorded English voice about payments I have tried to make to Amazon and an International Money transfer.it is clearly a highly dangerous scam and similar to a call I had the other day from a different number with an American style voice. cold calling - they pretend to be linked to lots if Life Assurance companies and acting on their behalf. They are not. Was bored and made up some data, they they pass you to someone who tries to sell you a policy. They quote the FCA many times - but when pushed confirm they are not regulated by them. Hang up, or have 5 mins of fun winding them up
